Rhonda Remington, CCP., President
Rhonda received her certification as a claim
professional in 1987 and has kept the certification active through continuing education credits.
She started in the transportation industry over 30 years ago as a “night operations agent” for a worldwide freight forwarder and has held various positions, including sales, customer service, and loss control.
As the Director of Cargo Loss Control, she was responsible for a 15 persons claims department handling not only transportation claims and subrogations, but also errors and omissions, vehicle, and property claims. She was also responsible for assisting in the annual negotiations for the applicable insurance coverages, including changes in policy wording to more appropriately cover the needs of a freight forwarder in a deregulated environment.
Renee Brown, Director of Operations
Renee brings strong administration and “people” skills to the company. She has held various management positions in both customer service and cash reconciliation departments. Renee is a dedicated member of the team and is focused on the concept of customer service.
